The Goslyn process for grease and oil recovery was first patented in 2003 based on R&D co-operation between experienced European drainage engineers and American senior food service executives.
Utilising supply chain management experience from the food service sector, Goslyn developed a grease removal unit (GRU) that is ‘best in class’ for value and performance and marketed this directly to customers. The designs are regularly reviewed to ensure Goslyn continues to meet these standards.
